Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 3-9 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Customs and duties may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
